Fluid Acquires Strategic Assets from Teqnavi, Adds Holly McKinney and Teddy Kinzer to Leadership Team

LEHI, Utah — Fluid today announced the acquisition of strategic assets from Teqnavi and the addition of Holly McKinney and Teddy Kinzer to its leadership team.

The asset acquisition accelerates Fluid's deployment capacity for companies already under contract, bringing additional resources to bear as Fluid's client pipeline grows. Teqnavi will continue operating independently, ensuring clients have access to its specialized commission programming and technical support for systems integrations. Teqnavi co-founders Holly McKinney and Teddy Kinzer will join Fluid as part of the transition.

McKinney returns to active leadership in the direct selling channel following a personal sabbatical. Her decision to come back, and to join Fluid specifically, came after seeing firsthand how Fluid solves the technology problems that have held the industry back.

"I've seen a lot of technology promises in this industry," said McKinney. "What Fluid has built is different. It's the first platform I've seen that actually solves the underlying problems instead of just trying to address them piece by piece."

"Holly has seen this industry from every angle," said Mike Tingey, CEO of Fluid. "She knows exactly what breaks and why. And Teddy has deep expertise running one of its most respected implementation firms. We're building something the industry has needed for a long time, so having someone with their experience is invaluable."

Direct selling companies have long struggled with technology stacks that don't talk to each other: commission engines disconnected from commerce, attribution that costs reps every time it fails, deployment timelines that stretch from weeks into months. Fluid was built to solve all that. One platform where attribution, payments, back-office sync, and the full rep experience are all connected from the ground up.

About Fluid

Fluid is the only e-commerce platform purpose-built for direct selling. FairShare attribution tracks the full customer journey and credits the rep who did the work. Fluid Payments handles the higher-risk realities of the industry. Fluid Connect keeps the commission engine and commerce layer continuously in sync. The web and app builders let corporate teams launch and update without waiting on a developer. The result is a platform where the technology finally works the way the channel needs.
