Fluid Sales
Keep a promising conversation moving toward an order.
Every link a rep shares reports back: the video someone finished, the page they viewed, the cart they left. Fluid turns those moments into a short list of follow-ups for the rep who earned them, and credits the order when it comes.
Interest
Know who’s interested before they buy.
Visits, videos, and carts that start from a rep’s link are tied to that rep, and to the contact when Fluid knows who it is. The rep hears about the moments that matter.
- Credited to the right repA share link, a rep’s address, or their username decides whose visitor it is.
- Views, videos, and cartsPage views, videos started and finished, and cart changes land on the contact’s record.
- A nudge when it countsReps get a push or an email when a contact finishes a video, views a page, or becomes a lead, as they choose.
- The path to every orderEach order keeps its journey: the link sent, the click, the pages, the cart, and the checkout.
Web chat
A question on your site becomes the rep’s conversation.
When a visitor asks a question through your chat button, Fluid finds or creates the contact and opens a conversation with the rep who brought them in, by text or by email.
- Routed by who earned itThe message goes to the rep whose link brought the visitor to your store.
- Text or email, their choiceLeave a phone number and the reply comes by text. Leave an email and it comes by email.
- Logged as a leadEvery question creates or updates the contact and records a web chat lead for the rep.
- Nobody left waitingSwitch on Unresolved WebChat, and an unanswered question becomes a Catch Up for the rep.
Follow-ups
Decide which moments deserve a follow-up.
Catch Ups turn activity into a short daily list for each rep: who to reach, why, and a button to do it. You choose which moments count.
- 28 kinds of Catch UpA cart left behind, a link with no order after two days, a half-watched video, repeat orders without a subscription, and more.
- Every one starts offSwitch on the Catch Ups that fit how your field sells, and leave the rest off.
- A message drafted for eachFluid drafts a short message in the contact’s language, and the rep decides what to send.
- Never staleCatch Ups expire after ten days, can be snoozed, and roll up into a short daily summary for each rep.
Contacts
Leads and customers in one list for every rep.
Each rep keeps their own people in one place, with a status, groups, tasks, and notes, instead of a spreadsheet and a camera roll full of screenshots.
- Six statusesNew, Lead, Customer, Active, Inactive, and Cold, with All, Leads, and Customers filters.
- Groups with a purposeEmoji-and-color groups like Hot or Sensitive skin, and one message to the whole group for Pro reps.
- Tasks that remindDue-date shortcuts, an overdue flag, and a reminder when a task comes due.
- Notes that stay putPin the notes that matter on each contact.
Credit
Every lead and order finds its rep.
Fluid Fair Share applies your rules when more than one rep touched a buyer, and shows its work on every order.
- Your rule for shared buyersFirst touch, last touch, or the rep with the most activity.
- Re-orders and sponsorsCredit the sponsor, the sharing rep, or the sharing rep and reassign the customer.
- No orphans unless you want themLeave an order unassigned, send orphans to one chosen rep, or pick a top sharer at random.
- Visible on the orderAttribution, sponsor, and first, last, and most touch reps, with the order’s journey and a PDF of it.
Mist for sales
Ask which unfinished orders are worth saving.
Ask Mist and it ranks the orders stuck in draft or pending by the revenue you could recover, then drafts the words for the likeliest wins. People decide what gets sent.
- Stalled orders, rankedDraft, pending, and pending-review orders sorted into high, medium, and low by recoverable revenue.
- Your best customersTop customers by lifetime value, for the thank-yous worth making personally.
- Who’s rising, who’s quietThe morning brief covers orders and rep activity, including anyone who has gone quiet.
- Nothing sent by MistMist hands back a list and a draft. Your team and your reps do the sending.
What it replaces
Selling through people, without the extra tools.
Brands that sell through reps often bolt a CRM, a texting app, a lead form tool, and an attribution spreadsheet onto their store, and none of them know what the others saw. In Fluid, the signal, the follow-up, and the credit share one record.
Usually
- Rep CRMs
- Texting apps
- Lead form tools
- Follow-up reminder apps
- Attribution spreadsheets
- Signals from every shared link
- Web chat routed to the rep
- Catch Ups you switch on
- Contacts, groups, and tasks
- Fair Share credit rules
- Mist stalled-order recovery
FAQs
Questions sales leaders ask.
Every field sells a little differently. We’ll map how yours does with you.
How does Fluid know which rep a lead belongs to?
From the link or address the visitor came through: a share link, the rep’s address on your store, or their username. Admins can also reassign a contact or a customer’s rep.
Who writes the follow-up messages?
Fluid drafts a short message for each Catch Up in the contact’s language. The rep decides what to send, and nothing goes out until they do.
Can reps text and email from Fluid?
Yes, with a Pro rep account. Texts come from the rep’s own business number, emails arrive from the rep on behalf of your company, and replies land back in the same conversation.
Is the web chat a live chat?
No. It’s a short form on your site. The question becomes a text or email conversation with the credited rep, and an unanswered one can become a Catch Up.
Do you have deal stages or a sales pipeline?
No. Contacts carry a status, like New, Lead, or Customer, and reps work from Catch Ups, tasks, and groups rather than a pipeline.
Can we add our own Catch Ups?
Yes. Developers can create custom Catch Ups through the API, each with its own prompt for the drafted message.
