Fluid Compliance
One standard for everything you publish.
Fluid checks every product page, post, and rep upload for income and health claims as it’s saved. See the exact line, approve a compliant rewrite, and keep proof of what every customer agreed to.
Claims check
Every claim is checked the moment it’s saved.
When your team saves a product, page, post, video, or enrollment pack, Fluid reads its copy for risky claims. You get a score out of 10 and the exact line that needs attention.
- Checked on saveNew content, and changes to its title or description, are scanned automatically.
- Five kinds of claimIncome, health, recruitment, disclosure, and testimonial claims, checked against FTC and FDA guidance.
- A score you can readEach finding takes points off a score out of 10, shown as poor, fair, good, or excellent.
- Eight kinds of contentProducts, categories, collections, enrollment packs, pages, posts, media, and playlists.
Evidence
See the exact line, and a better one.
Each finding quotes the words that tripped it and suggests a fix. Mist turns findings into rewrites you approve or dismiss, and anything it changes can be undone.
- The line itselfFlagged content is quoted, with its category and a suggested fix.
- Scan historyStep back through recent scans and watch the score move.
- Rewrites on approvalMist proposes a fix for each finding, and nothing changes until someone clicks Approve.
- Undo built inMist records each change it makes with a before and after, so it can be reverted.
The field
What reps publish in Fluid meets the same standard.
Reps share your store, pages, and videos through links that carry their name. Anything they upload or build in the app is checked like your own content, and your guidance reaches the ranks and countries that need it.
- Rep uploads checkedVideos and playlists reps create in the app are scanned when they’re saved.
- Share what’s yoursReps share your own store and library, so the product claims come from your pages.
- Guidance where it’s neededSend announcements by rank and country, or run broadcast channels that add new members automatically.
- Screen before you reuseMist leaves out creator posts with disease or income claims before anything is imported, and says why.
Agreements
Keep proof of what every customer agreed to.
Choose the terms each country sees at checkout and sign-up, show subscription terms only when there’s a subscription, and keep a copy of the exact wording each person accepted.
- Required, optional, or footerThree ways to show each agreement, plus its own line when it matters.
- Subscription terms when they applyShow auto-renewal terms only when the cart has a subscription.
- By country and languageEach agreement is set for the countries it covers, and translated.
- The exact words, keptEach acceptance records who, when, where, the order, and a copy of the text they saw.
Markets
Know a market’s rules before you sell there.
The Country Atlas holds each market’s consumer rules and recommended agreements. Mist checks your store against them and lists what passes, what doesn’t, and the rule behind each finding.
- A rulebook per marketCooling-off and warranty periods, cookie consent, and subscription disclosure rules for each country.
- Starter agreementsRecommended agreements in the local language, including an auto-renewal disclosure, to review with your counsel.
- An audit with citationsFindings sorted into critical, should review, passed, and follow-ups for a person, each with its rule.
- Read-only by designThe country check never changes your store. People decide what to fix.

What it replaces
Claims review without the rework.
Compliance teams often review copy in spreadsheets, chase rewrites over email, keep signed terms in a drive, and track each market’s rules in a checklist. In Fluid, the scan, the fix, and the proof sit with the content.

FAQs
Questions compliance teams ask.
Your standards, markets, and review process matter. We’ll work through the specifics with you.
What does Fluid check?
The title, description, and SEO text of products, categories, collections, enrollment packs, pages, posts, media, and playlists, including videos and playlists reps upload in the app. Each is checked when it’s saved.
Does Fluid monitor reps’ personal social accounts?
No. Fluid checks what’s published through Fluid. Mist can look at a public post or account when you ask, and it screens creator posts before you import them.
Does a low score stop content from publishing?
No. The check is advisory. It flags the line and suggests a fix, and your team decides what to change.
Can agreements differ by country?
Yes. Each agreement is set for its countries and translated, and can be required, optional, or a footer link. Subscription terms can show only when the cart has a subscription.
Are the starter agreements ready to use?
They’re starting points. Review them with your counsel before you publish them.
Is this legal advice?
No. Fluid helps you apply the standards your compliance and legal teams set. Your team makes the call.
