Fluid Learning
Teach the skill when it can make a difference.
Put product and business training where reps already work. Videos, PDFs, and slide decks reach the right countries and languages, new reps get a clear place to start, and every launch arrives with its brief.
Library
Every training, where reps already work.
Add a video, PDF, slide deck, or image as a training, give it a category, and choose the countries it reaches. It shows up in the rep app, not in another login.
- Four formatsVideo, PDF, PowerPoint, and image, all in one list.
- Categories on a scheduleGroup trainings like Get Started or Product Training, and choose when each category appears.
- Draft or liveKeep a training as a draft until it’s ready, then make it available with one switch.
- Views at a glanceThe list shows how often each training has been viewed.
First week
New reps get a clear place to start.
A Get Started list on the app’s home screen walks each new rep through one category, in order, and always brings the next video forward.
- Progress on every videoEach training shows not started, in progress, or completed.
- Finished at 90%A video counts as done once 90% of it has been watched.
- Always the next oneThe list puts the next unfinished video on top.
- A nudge when something’s newA catch-up sends reps to training that was just added.
Launches
Get the field ready before launch day.
Pair a launch brief with a live session and an announcement, each aimed at the ranks and countries that need it.
- Live sessionsEvents with a video-call link, available countries, and notifications, plus an RSVP nudge two days ahead.
- Announcements that landChoose the ranks and countries, and let reps comment.
- A launch kit in orderA playlist of the video, the brief, and the pages, with its products recommended in the cart.
Every language
The same lesson, in each rep’s language.
The title, the description, and even the video or PDF itself can change by language, and each training follows the rep’s country.
- Files per languageA rep who speaks Spanish can get the Spanish video, not subtitles on the English one.
- CaptionsUpload SRT subtitles and Fluid plays them as captions.
- Country availabilityLeave it empty to reach every country you sell in, or choose the countries.
- Translation helpThe translation screens draft each language for your team to review.
Also in Learning
Training that’s ready to share.

- A clear call to actionAdd a Shop Now or Learn More button, or a call, email, or page link.
- Kits by productEach product’s shareable photos, videos, and pages gathered into one kit.
- Comments and reactionsReps can react to and comment on training, the same way they do on shared media.
- Playlists as a seriesPut videos and pages in order, and add products to the cart from them.
- Who writes trainingA training permission, and a built-in Rep Manager role for trainings, events, and announcements.
What it replaces
Training that lives with the work.
Rep training often sits in a separate video library, a course tool nobody logs into, and a folder of PDFs. In Fluid, it’s in the same app reps use to share, sell, and follow up.
Usually
- A separate training video library
- Onboarding course tools
- Shared folders of product PDFs
- Launch-day email chains
- A training library in the rep app
- A Get Started path with progress
- Launch events and announcements
- Training in every language
- Nudges for new material
- Product kits to share
FAQs
Questions enablement teams ask.
Here’s what Learning covers today.
Is Fluid a learning management system?
Fluid is a training library built into the rep app, not a full LMS. Trainings are videos, PDFs, slide decks, and images, grouped in categories, with progress tracked on every video.
How do you know a rep finished a training?
A training video counts as finished once 90% of it has been watched, and each rep sees not started, in progress, or completed.
Can each rep get training in their own language?
Yes. The title, description, and even the video or PDF can change by language, and captions can be added from SRT files.
How do reps hear about new training?
A New Training Material catch-up sends them to what was just added, and the Get Started list brings the next unfinished video forward.
Can we run live sessions?
Yes, as events with a link like Zoom, shown in each rep’s calendar by country, with an RSVP nudge two days before.
Who can create training?
Anyone with the training permission. The built-in Rep Manager role has full rights to trainings, announcements, and events.
