Haven Wellness was founded by Dr. Stuart Porter, a board-certified physician who graduated top of his class from A.T. Still University, founded two clinics in Utah, and at over 60 still competes in Ironman races. When he couldn't find peptide and bioregulator products that met his clinical standards, he built them himself. The science was sound. The products were ready. The platform they were running on was not.

The Problem

Haven sells peptides and bioregulators, a category many payment processors decline to touch, or approve only to quietly shut down months later. Haven was on Shopify. Shopify was not built for them.

They needed a platform that could process high-risk products reliably, get alternative payment methods live quickly, and do all of it without taking the business offline. A 90-day migration was not an option.

Four Days

Day 1 and 2: Within 48 hours, Haven's storefront was live and functional. Not a staging environment. Not a prototype. A working site, built in Fluid's Builder without a single development ticket. Simultaneously, the Fluid team was testing payment methods against Haven's product classification and configuring alternative payment options alongside standard checkout. By end of day two, multiple payment methods were live, tested, and ready for real orders.

Day 3: Haven came into Fluid's offices for a full day of hands-on training with the team that built their experience. By the end of the session, they could manage products, process orders, handle subscriptions, and update their storefront without going back to a developer. The platform was theirs to run.

Day 4: Haven went live. Taking real orders from real customers.
