How does Find My work with this AirTag and keychain?

AirTag uses Apple’s Find My network: nearby Apple devices can relay an encrypted location to help you see where your item was last seen. Precision Finding (on supported iPhones) can guide you to the AirTag when you’re nearby.

How do I replace the battery?

The AirTag uses a standard user-replaceable CR2032 battery. Twist off the stainless steel back, swap the battery, and re-seat the cover until it clicks—your iPhone will confirm when the new battery is recognized.

Is the keychain durable for everyday carry?

The fob is built for daily use with a secure snap and carabiner-style ring. Like any leather-look accessory, avoid prolonged soaking; wipe clean and let dry if it gets wet.

What if I need to exchange this after checkout at the booth?

DSU kit pickup is an in-person handoff at the booth—there’s no shipment. If something isn’t the right fit, ask the team on-site or follow the instructions on your receipt for eligible exchanges while supplies last.
